Description
Syrah is one of the grape varieties called “international” because it is exported from France and cultivated all over the world. Originally it seems to come from the city of Schiraz, in Persia, from which it seems to have reached our country in ancient times through the city of Syracuse.
Produced with 100% Syrah grapes, the Duca di Nerula, made in Basilicata, has a ruby red color with light purple reflections.
With spicy hints well infused with the aromas of wood, it has a good structure and persistence with solid and sweet tannins.
Designed to be served between 16° and 18°, it is perfect with grilled meats and mature cheeses.
