Description
Fresh Whole Wheat Pasta is made with 100% whole wheat semolina flour and water. Compared to traditional pasta with durum wheat flour, whole wheat pasta contains much more fibre, as the wheat grain is ground whole (with all the coating), without the usual refining process.
For this reason wholemeal pasta is richer in nutrients and also more digestible.
