Buffalo Butter


Buffalo butter is made from the buffalo’s milk pasteurized cream by means of the burrification process.

It has a delicate and sweet taste, a dry consistency and a very light colour.

Just like the butter made of cow’s milk, buffalo butter can be used for any type of  recipes, both sweet and savoury, or it can be tasted when it is fresh, perhaps spreaded on a warm and crunchy slice of bread.

Machine-processed product available in pack size: 125g and 250g
