Fior di Latte Mozzarella


Fior di Latte Mozzarella is a pasta filata cheese made with 100% Italian cow’s milk, with a soft elastic consistency and a glossy smooth appearance.
Born in the Campania region, it is now produced all along Italy and, besides being perfect if tasted fresh, perhaps in a colourful and fresh Caprese salad, it is ideal to prepare complex and tasty dishes, such as pasta, calzoni or the timeless mozzarella in carrozza.
Handmade or machine-processed product, packed in a 200g cushion bag.
Ingredients: Cow’s milk, Rennet, Salt, Ferments
