Description
The Organic Red Soppressata without preservatives, produced in Calabria by a family-run company located among the wonders of Sila, is made using the ham and shoulder of black pigs, a very prized breed.
Unlike the classic white soppressata, the red one has an even more intense red colour and a more pungent taste, even though it is not spicy, as it is flavoured with sweet chilli powder produced by the same company.
