Chickpeas Flour


Chickpea flour is a gluten-free flour rich in fiber and protein, perfect for a low carbohydrate diet.

Ideal for preparing bread, biscuits, piadinas, crepes, it is also excellent used as a thickener instead of breadcrumbs.

Like all our flours, also for chickpea flour the grinding is realized with a stone mill, located in the heart of Cilento, and is slow, so as to maintain a low temperature so that the flour does not take any risk of “cooking”, thus preserving its organoleptic qualities.
