Pancetta is a very tasty and extremely versatile pork sausage, excellent for aperitifs, appetizers, first courses, main courses and even soffritto.
It takes its name from the fact that the piece of meat from which it is obtained, i.e. the lean part of the pig belly, after being salted and flavoured, is cured in its original, flattened, stretched form, unlike the classic bacon which has a cylindrical shape.
Organic Flat Pancetta is, therefore, in a square, rectangular shape, in blocks or slices streaked with red or pink meat and white white fat.
Made in Calabria, in the Sila area, with black pork bred in the wild and without preservatives, it melts on the palate and has an aromatic, pungent and sweet taste at the same time.
