Soft Wheat Flour

Description

Our Soft Wheat Flour is obtained thanks to a mixture of stone-ground Cilento soft grains and exists in three different types: Type 1, Type 2, Semi-Integral, Integral.

The milling realized with a stone mill is a slow milling that allows to keep a low temperature so that the flour does not take any risk of “cooking”, thus preserving its organoleptic qualities.
