Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil of the Sila National Park (Calabria)


In an uncontaminated place at the feet of the Sila, in Calabria, operates a company that grows only organic Italian olives, such as Dolce di Rossano, Nocellara del Belice, Carolea and Coratina, on land free of any chemical pesticide treatment with the aim of producing a healthy and certified product.

The olives are picked by hand and with vibrating combs from mid-October to December.
The resulting Extra Virgin Olive Oil is of high quality with precious and peculiar organoleptic characteristics.
