Organic Spicy Sausage


Our Organic Spicy Sausage without preservatives has two important characteristics: the first is that the meat comes from black pigs bred in the wild, a very prized breed that until recently was considered endangered but has fortunately been recovered and is being revalued; the second is the chilli pepper, which is self-produced by the Calabrian company that makes the sausage, and which gives a bright red color and a unique taste to one of the most typical and appreciated sausages in southern Italy.
