Organic Matured Fillet


The pork fillet is, notoriously, the most valuable cut of meat obtained from pork.
Obtained with the whole muscle of pork loin, it has a soft texture, a delicate but slightly spicy taste, thanks to the salting with salt, pepper, spices and aromas.
Produced by a Calabrian farm whose peculiarity is breeding black pigs, a very prized breed, in the wild, the Organic Seasoned Fillet without preservatives is subjected to a minimum seasoning of 60 days and is a national gastronomic excellence.
