Smoked Butter


Butter is widely used in the kitchen, both in Italy and abroad, for the preparation of countless recipes.
In the variant with natural straw and cold smoking, made with 100% Italian and whole cow’s milk in Sanza, in the province of Salerno, it adds to countless dishes that something extra that makes them truly unique.
Just a bit is enough to flavour an entire dish, it goes well with fish and is perfect for risottos, to which it will give a strong and unmistakable taste.
